Ingredients
Fresh strawberries - 1/2 cup ( sliced)
Granny smith apples ( unpeeled) - 1/2 cup ( chopped)
Romaine lettuce - 1 pound ( torn)
Bean sprouts - 3/4 cup
Dried cranberries - 2 tablespoon
For the dressing
Olive oil - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Shallots - 3-4 ( grated)
Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
2. To serve : In a salad bowl, add all the ingredients and the prepared dressing and toss well.
