Gram flour/ Besan / chick pea flour - 2 cups
Clarified butter / Ghee - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Chopped almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts 1 tspn eac
1. In a kadhai mix gram flour and ghee over a low heat. stir constantly to avoid lumps and prevent from burning. Roast till the gram flour becomes light golden brown in color.
2. When it releases an appetizing smell, it is ready. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool to a warm temprature.
3. Add sugar and nuts to the gram flour and mix thoroughly and form ping - pong sized balls of the mixture.
