Frozen blue berries - 2 cups
Plain yoghurt - 1 cup
Honey - 2 table spoon
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
You can also enjoy this smoothie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
