Romaine lettuce or red leaf lettuce - a bunch, torn
Milk - 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Chipotle ranch dressing - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Croutons - few
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
1. For making the salad dressing - In a small bowl, add milk, lemon juice, chipotle ranch dressing, garlic powder and red chili powder and whisk well.
2. In a medium bowl, add the romaine lettuce ( or red leaf lettuce) and the croutons and the salad dressing and toss well.
The salad dressing can be prepared earlier and stored in refrigerator.
