Ingredients
Bajra - 100 gms
Jowar - 100 gms
cracked wheat / dalia - 100 gms
Yellow Moong dal - 100 g ms
Soy bean - 100 gms
Fried bengal gram - 100 grms
Raagi / Finger Millet - 100 gms
Broken Matta rice - 100 gms
Badam - 50 gms
Pista - 50 gms
Cashewnut - 50 gms
Sago - 50 gms
Barley - 50 gms
Method
1. Wash and dry everything separately.
2. Roast them one by one and mix together.
3. Grind in a mixie to a fine powder.
4. Store in airtight container in freezer.
Note : Roasting will increase shelflife.
