Spinach leaves - 1/2 cup ( chopped)
Kale - 1/2 cup ( chopped)
Potato - 1 medium ( boiled and mashed)
Ginger - 1 teaspoon (minced)
Garlic - 1 teaspoon ( minced)
Red chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
oil - for frying
1. Blanch kale and spinach leaves in hot water.
2. In a bowl, add the mashed potato, blanched spinach and kale leaves, ginger, garlic, red chilly powder, black pepper powder and salt.
3. Mix well and roll into small bites and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
Serve warm with a spicy dip
