Baby spinach - 1/2 cup ( finely chopped)
Shallots - 1/4 cup ( finely chopped)
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
Strawberries - 1/2 cup ( thinly sliced)
Almonds - 1/4 cup (toasted and chopped)
Tomato - 1/4 cup (chopped)
1. In a large bowl, whisk shallots and lemon juice.
2. Add spinach and tomatoes an toss well to mix.
3. Add strawberries and almonds (optional) and gently toss to combine.
