Spinach leaves - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Green chilly - 1 no:
Ginger - 1/4 tsp ( minced)
Garlic - 1/4 tsp ( minced)
Salt - as needed
Method
1. Wash the spinach leaves in hot water.
2. Place the spinach leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chilly. ginger, garlic and salt in a blender and blend till smooth. Add very little water if needed.
Spinach dip will stay in a air tight container in a refrigerator for up to a week.
