Strawberry - 4 cups ( washed, hulled and cut in half)
Lemon juice - juice of 2 lemons
Lemon zest - 2 tsp
Honey - 3/4 cup ( adjust according to taste)
Water - 6 cups
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup crushed
Ice cubes
Method
1. Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, lemon zest, mint leaves and honey with 2 cups of water.
2. Strain and add 4 cups of water and mix well.
3. Taste and add honey if needed.
Serve with ice cubes , strawberry slices, lemon slices and mint leaves.
Notes
1. you can replace the honey with sugar.
2. Replace the lemon with sweet lime for strawberry limeade, adjust the sugar accordingly.
