Beetroot - 1 ( sliced very thinly preferably with a mandolin )
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 table spoon
1. Thinly slice the beetroot using a mandolin.
2. Then marinate theses slices with salt and olive oil an let it sit for about 15 - 20 minutes.
3. After that drain the excess water and arrange in a baking tray.
4. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or till the edges are starting to turn brown
5. Let them cool and toss with seasonings ( optional).
