Makes - 10 - 15 cookies
Ingredients
Grated coconut - 1 cup
White sugar - 2 tablespoon
Dark chocolate morsels - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 2 tablespoon
Almond essence - 1/4 teaspoon
Method
1. Mix the grated coconut, sugar and almond essence. Refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes.
2. Now melt the chocolate morsels along the butter and milk in low heat. Melt till no lumps are present.
3. Take the refrigerated coconut mixture and form balls and dip in the chocolate and coat nicely. Place them in a parchment paper. Let it rest for 10 minutes and freeze them in a air tight container.
