Ingredients
Strawberries - 1/2 cup ( hulled)
Banana - 1 ( cut into pieces)
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Chia Seed - 1 table spoon
Honey - 2 teaspoon ( adjust according to taste)
Ice cubes - few
Method
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.
Enjoy chilled
