Potato - 2 no: (medium)
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida/ hing - a pinch
Curry leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Method
1. Boil the potatoes till they are done but firm and dice them.
2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds and add curry leaves and saute.
3. Add potato and add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, hing and salt.
4. stir frequently till the potato pieces are well coated.
Serve warm.
