Mutton pieces ( with bone) - 200 grams
Garlic paste - 3/4 tablespoon
Whole black pepper - 5 - 6
Cloves - 3
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Shallots - 6 - 8 ( chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Water - 4 1/2 cups
Salt - to taste
Method
1. Wash and clean the mutton pieces.
2. Heat a pressure cooker and add all the above given ingredients. Stir well, close the lid and cook for 4 whistles.
3. Strain the soup and serve hot as it is or with bread.
The left mutton pieces can be used to make any mutton dish.
