Ingredients
Mangoes - 2 cup ( fresh chopped mangoes) or equivalent mango pulp
Yoghurt - 2 cup
Saffron - a pinch
Sugar - 4 - 5 tablespoon ( adjust according to the sweetness of mango)
Mint leaves - few to garnish
Method
1. In a blender, puree the chopped mango pieces, sugar an saffron till smooth.
2. Add yoghurt and ice cubes and blend till smooth.
Serve chilled with mint leaves.
