Ingredients
Urad dal / split black lentil - 1/2 cup
Giner garlic paste - 1 tspn
Green chilly - 2 chopped
Thick curd - 2 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1 tspn
Chopped coconut pieces - 3 to 4 tablespoon
coriander leaves
curry leaves
Oil for frying
Method
1. Soak Urad dal for 1 hour and grind it along with green chilly to a smooth paste without adding water.
2. Then Mix the ginger garlic paste, thick curd salt and black pepper powder and set aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Add the chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and coconut peices and mix well.
4. Make balls and deep fry them in oil.
Serve with Tomto sauce or chutney of choice.
